These Terms govern access to and use of Remoroo's website, account portal, hosted services, and related offerings. They work together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement
By creating an account, accessing the console, or using Remoroo software or services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Remoroo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Remoroo provides tools for autonomous experimentation and related workflows, including optional hosted components. Features may change as we improve the product. We may suspend or limit access for operational, security, or legal reasons.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@remoroo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Remoroo, including by attempting to:
- Violate law or third-party rights
- Probe, disrupt, or overload our systems without authorization
- Circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls
- Use the service to generate or distribute malware or unlawful content
5. Your Content & IP
You retain ownership of your code, data, and materials. You grant Remoroo a limited license to host, process, and display what you submit only as needed to provide and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Remoroo retains all rights in the product, branding, and documentation.
6. Fees & Billing
Paid plans and usage-based charges are described at checkout or in your account. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where required.
7. Disclaimers
Remoroo involves automated and AI-assisted systems. Outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remoroo and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to Remoroo for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Remoroo against claims and costs arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Remoroo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last Updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
12. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the service and supersede prior understandings on the same subject.
